🧾 Ingredients

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 packet onion soup mix (or 1 tbsp onion powder + 1 tsp salt as substitute)
  • ½ cup orange juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, adds depth)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme), for garnish (optional)

  1. Prep the slow cooker
    Place chicken in a single layer at the bottom.
  2. Mix the sauce
    In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, orange juice, mustard, and garlic.
  3. Pour & coat
    Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.
  4. Cook
