Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk

  • A pinch of salt to balance sweetness
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan
    • Line a square or rectangular baking dish (8×8-inch works well) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix ingredients
    • In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
    • Add vanilla extract if using. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Press into the pan
    • Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish.
    • Press firmly with a spatula or your hands to make an even layer.
