🍞 2-Ingredient Bread

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (thick yogurt works best)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix
    • Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl
    • Mix until a soft dough forms
  2. Knead lightly
    • Turn onto a floured surface
    • Knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth
  3. Shape
    • Form into small rolls, flatbreads, or one loaf
  4. Cook options

🔥 Oven method:

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes

🍳 Pan method (flatbread style):

  • Roll thin and cook on a hot pan for 2–3 minutes each side

  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix:
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
  • Add garlic, herbs, or cheese for extra flavor

🧀 What it’s like

  • Soft inside, slightly crisp outside
  • Similar to naan or quick dinner rolls
