🥚 Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: finely chopped onion, celery, or pickles

Instructions

  1. Chop the eggs
    • Roughly chop or mash them to your preferred texture.
  2. Mix the dressing
    • In a bowl, combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine
    • Fold the eggs into the dressing until well coated.
  4. Taste & adjust
    • Add more mustard or salt if needed.
  5. Chill (optional)
    • Let it sit in the fridge for 20–30 minutes for better flavor.
