🥬 Slow Cooker Cabbage & Potatoes

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika or dried thyme

🔪 Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients:
    Add potatoes first, then cabbage, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
  2. Add liquid & seasoning:
    Pour in broth, then add butter, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
