Ravioli Lasagna

Posted on March 15, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fun and easy twist on traditional lasagna: Ravioli Lasagna—layers of ravioli, sauce, and cheese baked into a cheesy, comforting casserole. 🍝🧀

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 package (about 25–30) Cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: 1 cup Cooked ground beef or sausage or sautéed Vegetables
  • Fresh Basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Layer the ravioli

  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place a layer of ravioli over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle some mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add meat or vegetables if using.

3. Repeat layers

  • Repeat layers until all ravioli and sauce are used, finishing with a cheese layer on top.

4. Bake

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

5. Serve

  • Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.

✅ Tips

  • For extra creaminess, spread ½ cup ricotta cheese between layers.
  • Use meat, vegetables, or a mix to make it your own.
  • Frozen ravioli doesn’t need to be boiled first—just adjust baking time if very thick.

If you want, I can also give you a quick 15-minute “one-pan ravioli lasagna” recipe that skips pre-cooking ravioli entirely.
