🫐 Baked Blueberry Muffins

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted) or vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk (or yogurt for richer texture)

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp flour (to coat blueberries)

  1. Preheat oven
    Set to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with paper liners.

  2. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
