  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk (whole milk works best)

  • Pinch of paprika (optional)
  • 4–6 slices toasted bread

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the beef
    Rinse the chipped beef briefly (it can be salty), then chop into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Add beef & season
    Stir in the chipped beef, black pepper, and paprika. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
