  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ banana (sliced)
  • A handful of oats or granola
  • Splash of milk (optional for texture)

  • Mix until smooth and creamy

  • Add a splash of milk if you want it thinner
