Here’s the concentrated version of your mix so you can take 1 tablespoon at night easily:


Ingredients (3-day batch)

  • 3 tablespoons turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger (or 1 tablespoon ginger powder)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4–5 tablespoons raw honey

Instructions

  1. Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to a small bowl or jar.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice and mix into a thick paste.
  3. Add raw honey and stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Store in a clean, airtight glass jar in the fridge.

How to Use

  • Take 1 tablespoon at night (you can eat it directly or mix into warm water).
  • Use for up to 3 days, then make a fresh batch.

Tips

  • Shake/stir before each use (ingredients may settle).
  • If it’s too strong, dilute with a little warm water.
  • Avoid very hot water—this helps keep the honey’s natural benefits.

⚠️ Note: This may help reduce bloating, but it won’t permanently remove belly fat on its own.
