Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and raw honey. Take 1 teaspoon

Here’s a simple and effective turmeric-ginger honey tonic recipe using your ingredients:


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ½ teaspoon ginger powder)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1–2 teaspoons raw honey (adjust for sweetness)
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Warm the water – make sure it’s warm, not boiling, to preserve honey’s nutrients.
  2. Mix spices – add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to the warm water. Stir well.
  3. Add lemon juice – stir in the lemon juice.
  4. Sweeten – add raw honey and mix until dissolved.
  5. Optional – strain if you used fresh ginger.

How to Use

  • Drink once daily in the morning or as needed for immunity/soothing.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days, but it’s best fresh.

⚠️ Note: Turmeric can stain clothes and surfaces. Also, if you’re on blood thinners, check with a doctor before regular consumption.
