🌿 Turmeric Ginger Immunity Drink

πŸ“ Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • Β½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Β½ tsp cinnamon powder (or 1 small cinnamon stick)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

🍡 Instructions

  1. Boil the base
    Add water, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to a small pot.
  2. Simmer
    Let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes so the flavors infuse well.
  3. Strain (optional)
    Strain into a cup if you used fresh ginger or turmeric.
  4. Cool slightly
    Let it cool for a minute or two (important so honey keeps its nutrients).
  5. Add lemon & honey
    Stir in lemon juice and raw honey.
