Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef

Here’s a simple, tasty way to make tortilla wraps with ground beef 🌯:


🛒 Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
  • ¼ cup water
  • Tortilla wraps
  • Optional fillings:
    • Lettuce (shredded)
    • Tomatoes (diced)
    • Cheese (grated)
    • Mayo or garlic sauce

🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
    • Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  2. Brown the meat
    • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
    • Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Season it
    • Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix well.
  4. Add sauce
    • Stir in tomato paste and water.
    • Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.
  5. Assemble wraps
    • Warm the tortillas.
    • Add beef mixture in the center.
    • Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce.
  6. Wrap & serve
    • Fold sides and roll tightly.
    • Serve immediately or lightly toast for extra crunch.

🔥 Tips

  • Add jalapeños if you like it spicy.
  • Swap beef with chicken or beans for variation.
  • Toast the wrap in a pan for a crispy finish.
